Dead On Arrival (2009)

I am writing the script for this film..

Here is the Pre-titles, I still need to like spell check and stuff



DEAD ON ARRIVAL

A man is seen walking from right to left. The view of the man is from the insides of a gunbarrel. Suddenly the man stops in the middle and fires at the barrel, blood pours down over the screen and open up to a house.

Ext: House/Night
...........................................

James Bond and 009 are inside a car by a house. Bond gets out of the car and tells 009 to stay in the car and if anything bad happens get away from the house.
Bond runs to the back of the house and goes in by the backdoor. We are show a camera angle of Bond leaning on the side of a wall as a man is walking up
to the wall to exit the house suddenly Bond wacks the man in face. The man stumbles and Bond then kicks him in the knee. The man pulls a cell phone
out of his pocket and dials 9. Bond hears abunch of footsteps and a car rev. Bond hurries and knocks the man out by hitting him in the head with his gun.
He hurry's outside and sees 009 driving a few feet infront of him.

Ext: Road/Night

009, is driving in the road when suddenly,he has to swerve to avoid a blockade of barrels that is being set up by men. As he swerves a car pulls up beside him and pulls out,
a small machine gun. The machine gun sprays bullets all over the barrels. 009's car comes to a complete stop.
Bond dives behind the house right when 009's car is gulfed in flames. 007 stumbles from behind the house all bloody. He walks up to the other car.

Ext: Road/Night

James Bond walks up to the car (Bond has is gun drawed), that killed 009, their is two people in the front either knocked out or dead. Bond opens the font door and suddenly, a man kicks Bond's hand knocking his gun in the road. The man then jumps out of the opposite door and runs towards a forrest by the house.

Ext: Forrest/Night

Bond runs after the man towards the forrest. The man starts firing at Bond. Bond then ducks behind the tree. The man is gone, 007 looks up and sees him
climbing to the roof. Bond runs back out to the front of the house by-the-roof.

Ext: Roof/Night
........................................

The man finally gets up the roof and is standing, the man is shocked James Bond is standing in front of him.
Bond grabs the man and is about to throw him off the roof when..

Man:"WAIT! I'll TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW!! Sss..Sir Da..Dav..id Elliot, he is who you want!! Now-call an am..bu..lance!"
Bond: Thank-you, i'll give you a quick death then."
Man:"NOO!"
Bond in one quick movement grabs the man's gun (Its in the man's side pocket):(The man also falls sideways:when the man takes the gun) and fires.
Camera/Man's point of view/Lying on the ground looking at Bond/
Bond fires a single shot at the camera.

Main/titles fade into Bond's car pulling into a huge building's parking lot. Bond gives a man nearby his keys, and Bond is given a slip of paper.

James Bond walks up to the counter, a lovely young women looks at him.
He takes his sunglasses off and puts them in his front pocket.

BOND: You have a reservation for a Bond?

GIRL: Yes,sir you wouldn't happen to be Bond..

(She is interrupted)..

BOND: James Bond..

She laughs and hands him the keys to his room.

Int: Bond's hotel/Day

James Bond throws a suitcase on to his bed. He then walks up to a vase and looks inside and around it for bugs.
he is interrupted by a cell phone call from "M".

M: BOND? Where the hell are you?

BOND: I have some un-finished business to attend to.

He hangs up and turns his cell phone off. Bond goes outside of his room and locks the room. He is getting into an elevator when he spots one of the drivers of the car that killed 009! The man is walking downstairs.

Ext: Hotel Parking Lot/Day

Bond runs as soon as the elevator opens runs to his parked car.
Bond then follows the man's car to a bunch of apartment complexes.

Ext: Apartment parking lot/Day

Bond pulls into the parking lot, he looks around and suddenly his back window is smashed.
He quickly grabs his walther and looks around. A few are running behind some cars. Bond quickly opens his door and
dives behind another car as they fire at that car to. He looks around one two men are real close to him and one
is getting up on a high floor of an apartment. Bond quickly fires 4 shots all of his shots but one hit one of the men (Killing him).
The fourth bullet hits the man in the leg. The man whose Bond's bullet hit is none other than one of the men who killed 009.
Bond rushes up to him and looks around.(The third assassain is no where to be found.)


BOND: If you have any info, I'd spit it out now!"

MAN: My name is Edgar Thompson, Sir David hired me as you may know to kill You and your friend. He is having a Party in three days. I think he wants me to confirm that our mission was successful. Their were three of us. Me, Ricky , you killed him, and the last man was..Lou he is Sir David's right hand man, he is still alive.

BOND: Sir David, hasn't met with you personally or seen any photos of me has he?

MAN (Edgar-Thompson): I have only talked to him through a cell phone, honest! He only described you as a tall, athletic man..

BOND: Good..because..

Bond goes to pick Edgar up. (Edgar is also carrying a a suitcase). But the fourth assassain appears, and fires a final blow into Edgar's back.
Bond looks and see's a huge water heater or air duct right below where the assassain is standing. The man shouts in french and runs down the stairs.
Bond runs into his car and starts it as he pulls down the window, he empties his gun, and guns it their is a loud kaboom behind him.
(No special effects required just a explosion sound).

Bond runs and grabs a black suitcase full of Edgar's belongings.
He jumps into his car and drives away.

BOND: Excuse, me Miss have you got any messages for Bond?

Miss: Yes, You are needed in England right away, by a uhh Mrs. Jones..

James smiles..

BOND: Ahh, right where I was headed.

Ext: Airport
....................................................................

Bond is walking away from a plane, he sees a car pull up they roll down the window.

JONES: My name is Miss Jones I have been ordered by M himself to watch over you.

Bond: Jones? Well thats original,

Jones rolls her eyes.

BOND: Ok, Miss Jones. But, I am going to a party tomorrow tonight. (PAUSE) And your coming with me.

Bond gets into the car and the scene ends.

Bond is walking with his arm around Mrs. Jones.
Sir David is in the middle of the room with a general. They are standing
behind a poduim. ( Sir David can have a script on the podium)

Sir David: Ladies and Gentleman, it is with great warmth that I tell you why you are all here.
//////////////: For three years I have been working closely with the Queen's staff to develop weapons of defense, just
like our american friends. For those who don't know, The Queen has decided, the United States should
not be the only country to have nuclear weapons. So it has been decided now that I Sir David,
would have full millitary response if you U.S. opposes this plan, I would also like to thank you
for everyone coming here to hear my speech, and helping me become this far in the race to prime minister.

Sir David is walking away.


BOND spots Sir David imediatly. He walks up to him and whispers in Mrs. Jones's ear.
She looks angry with him and Bond gives her a look. She stomps off upstairs.

Sir David: Ahh Mr. James Bond, I know all about you.

BOND: I certainly hope not.

They laugh

Sir David: I have been thinking Mr. Bond that you join me for a game of cards later
at my Casino, you can't miss it.

BOND: I would like that.

Bond walks off upstairs.

Close cut to Sir. David. (He is getting a cell call).

MAN: Sir, Bond's girl was looking in your computer..

Sir David: You know how we treat people who snoop!

He slams the phone shut.

Int: Office room

Bond and Mrs. Jones are in the office.

JONES: James, their is a meeting tonight between Sir. David, apparantly at Midnight.

Footsteps are heard near the door and the doorknob is turning.

BOND; QUICK!

Bond starts kissing Mrs Jones. She at first looks shocked, but realizes what Bond is doing
she starts acting in to.

MAN: Maddam Jones, please come with me.

She looks at BOND.

BOND: Go Ahead Darling..

He winks..

She follows the man out.

It is 11:40 on the clock in the office.. BOND: Hmm, Jones must have left, I better head to the Casino..

Ext: Hotel Parking lot

Bond gets in his car and is just about to start it when he sees Sir David's righthand man "Lou" by a black car. Lou is wiping his hands on a dirty bloody rag. Bond finds it very starnge. Lou glances at Bond's car then drives away to the Casino.

Ext: Casino

Bond follows Lou to Sir David's Casino. Lou gets out of his car and pulls a walkie-talkieout.

LOU: The bitch is dead.

Lou, then straightens his tie and walks into the casino.

Bond must call Jones! He gets out of his car and calls her. Suddenly Bond heres a cell phone ringing, its coming from his trunk! Bond pulls his gun out and opens the trunk. Jones is dead. She has blood pouring from her left cheek. Bond pulls her out and takes her to the alleyway, he lays her gently on the sidewalk and says..

BOND: I'm so sorry..

James Bond softly kisses Jones in the lips.

Bond walks back up to his car and sees two policeman waiting for him, one is taking bond's license plate number.

POLICE: Senor' you need to come to the sta'tion.

BOND: What is this all about.

POLICE: I think you know.

Another cop comes and puts a gun on Bond.

POLICE: Senor' you need to come with us.

Bond walks over to the police and quickly grabs the cops gun and uses it to smack him in the face, the other cop,
tries to pull out his gun, but Bond kicks him in the crotch,

BOND: Who sent you?

POLICE: (through Gritted teeth) Senor' David..

Bond smacks the man in his face and slams him into his car. Bond angrily walks over to his car gets his walther ppk and cocks it. He tucks the gun in his coat and walks to the Casino.

INT: CASINO/
....................................

Bond walks into the casino. He is walking up to a table when, Sir David comes to him.
*(Actor-Note/Sir David looks alittle
surprised to see Bond).

DAVID: Ahh, James.

BOND: Ready to play?

DAVID: Yes, lets play roulette..

Bond and Sir David walk to a roulette wheel, their is a few people gathered to watch them play.

DAVID: I suppose you know how to play?

BOND: Yes, I have played a few times.

**Bond and David, place bets, Bond chooses red 7, Sir David chooses 13

DEALER: Practice round

David wins. DAVID: I am a little good at this

DEALER: Ok, gentleman this is the official round, winnings are 888 francs.

*Bond and David choose the same number.

This time Bond wins, onspectors clap and Sir David looks mad as he hands Bond a cheque.

DAVID: Congradulations Mr. Bond..

David quickly walks off. Bond collects his money and decides to leave the building
and report back to headquarters. Just as Bond is about to leave a man comes up to him.

MAN: Sir, I need you to come and confirm your winnings.

Bond fallows the man to a door leading to a small room, Bond see's about three men in the empty room.

BOND: Whats going..

Bond is kicked in the stomach. He is then beat up. Bond has blood all over him and bruises.
He is slammed against a wall and pinned down as a man punches him in the stomach.
Bond is released by the man. 007 starts to cough. The man goes to hit Bond one more time but, Bond ducks
and the man punches the wall. The man is screaming in agony, while Bond quickly takes the other two men out.
Bond then looks for his gun it is gone! The man has it and is pointing it at Bond.

MAN: Not today, Mr. Bond..

But before the man can shoot Bond he falls to the ground, a woman is standing
behind the man with a gun.

WOMAN: I have a car waiting outside..

Bond grabs his gun and runs to a car with the woman.
They get in the car. The lady says..

WOMAN: My name is Gloria Stone, I am after Sir David to.

BOND: My name's Bond...James Bond. So let me guess,
CIA,NSA Or FBI?

STONE: Niether, David killed my father.

Their is a quick shot of the car pulling away.

INT: CAR

Bond and Gloria are in the car, Bond pulls over.

BOND: Got any leads?

GLORIA: Well, David's right hand man, his name is Lou, he was taking a phone call saying he would be meeting someone at a bridge about 5 miles from here.

BOND: Ok, but lets get something straight, don't kill anyone unless I give the ok. By the way how do I know I can trust you?

GLORIA: You don't..

Bond and Gloria, pull up to an unknown location in a park. LOU is wearing an overcoat and waiting by a parked car. Suddenly a black car pulls up. A man gets out of the car followed by two body guards with machine guns, or mini-uzi's. The general is wearing a millitary suit underneath a coat. Bond pulls up close enough to hear them talking.

LOU: Your late!

GENERAL: Humph! Show me the money.

Lou pulls open a suitcase and opens it. The General grins. He motions for his two guards to take the money.

INT:CAR

Bond is shocked..

BOND: Thats General Martin Davis!!

GLORIA: Who is he?

BOND: He works at MI6, he's a traitor!

EXT: Park
//////////

General Davis and hands Lou a a disk. Lou grins.

GENERAL: All the names are their.

Lou and Davis shake hands, and get back in their cars, Lou drives away, but The General, stays.

INT: CAR
////////////

BOND: Lets follow him. it appears he is killing all of our agents.

////////////
Ext: PARK
////////////

The general and his men leave. Bond cautiously follows him
to a house. He gets out and walks in. It is the embassy.

////////////////
Ext: EMBASSY

Bond and Gloria get out of the car and enter the embassy.

INT: EMBASSY
///////////////

It is late in the embassy so, their is about three workers their. Bond walks up to the elevator to go to the generals office but, is blocked by the two men. Bond looks around and sees the workers have cleared.

GUARD 1: Sir, this area is forbidden unless you hav..

The guard never finishes his sentance because Bond breaks his nose with his fist! Bond then knees the man in the stomach. Has the man falls he hit the up button. The other guard jumps into the elevator. Gloria ducks, as Bond knocks the guard out who fell. Bond then runs into the elevator with Gloria Stone on his tail. The Guard is trying to pull his gun out, but Bond
begins a serious fight, slamming him against the wall and punching and kicking him. The guard (before his knockedut) pushes a button on his phone and collapses. Gloria looks at Bond horrified and amazed.

GLORIA: Whe..where did learn to fight like that. Bond is panting.

Bond: Rough child hood..

INT: EMBASSY/OFFICES/General's Office
/////////////////////////////////////////

Bond arrives at the top floor and hurries out to the general's office. He comes with his gun raised, and sees that the general is burning files to his laptop and shoving paper work into a briefcase.

BOND kicks open the door, and looks at the shocked general in the eyes,
with a cold look. (NOTE: While this is going on Gloria takes the disc Mark is burning, IMPORTANT!!!)

BOND: Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you Mark?

Mark (The general) grins and says..

MARK: Because, your a dead man James!

Bond and Gloria are then thrown to the ground and handcuffed, by security officials.

INT: INTEROGATION ROOM
///////////////////////////////

Bond and Gloria are sitting in the room, with one agent lening on the table...


Official: We know alot about you. Your names James Bond, you are a 00, working for MI6. You just tried to kill an MI6 General.

BOND: For a good reason. I have been tracking Mark, he has been selling
CIA and MI6 agent names. They have all ended up dead!

Official: Do you have any proof?

BOND: No, bu...

Gloria speaks for the first time, interrupting Bond.

GLORIA: He was burning files before you got their. I think agent names.
I got the disk, I think only half of what he was burning because, I pulled it out early.

The official takes the disk and inserts it inthe computer. Bond the whole time looks amazed. The official types in about five to ten keys, and reads what he sees.

official: You weren't bluffing take a look at this!

He shows them an image of five agent name and photos, four of them say deceased, except for one. It his James Bonds photo and it says active.
